Cancellation

Orders for products made to order for the Customer including standard products adapted for the Customer's requirements may not be cancelled once dispatched and prior to dispatch may only be cancelled by the Customer with the prior written authorisation of the Company subject to payment by the Customer to the Company of an administration charge equal to the higher of (i) 25% of the net price of the Goods and (ii) the costs incurred by the Company for any work carried out or parts ordered prior to cancellation on a labour and materials basis
